Somewhere on this planet, someone has a solution to each of the world’s problems.  It might be one of us. With your help, we can build a more hopeful world.”     –Marianne Larned

Like so many other agencies, Family Promise depends almost completely on volunteers to make it possible for us to complete our work.  We are blessed to have a wonderful team of volunteers from the Host and Support Churches as well as a growing number of other volunteers who offer their services to our many programs.

It is a great opportunity to make a difference in the world and to try and eradicate a serious problem: homeless families.  Homeless families (especially mothers and children) are among the fastest growing portion of the homeless population.

You can make a difference and help these families.  To consider the many opportunities, please go to volunteer opportunities.

Remember that when you leave this earth, you can take with you nothing that you have received - only what you have given: a full heart, enriched by honest service, love, sacrifice and courage. “  –St. Francis of Assisi
